Senior Quantity Surveyor - Bristol Mains Renewals Freelance - 400- 500 per shift Bristol / Hybrid Working (1-3 days from home) Minimum 5-Year Framework Summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major utilities contractor delivering a long-term mains renewals programme across Bristol. This role offers the chance to work on an established framework with excellent longevity, commercial responsibility and flexible hybrid working. Responsibilities Commercial management of mains renewal projects. Cost reporting, forecasting and budget control. Management of subcontractor procurement, payments and variations. Administration of NEC contracts and compensation events. Final accounts and client liaison. Supporting operational teams to maximise commercial performance. Requirements Quantity Surveying experience within utilities and/or civil engineering. Strong NEC contract knowledge. Experience on pipeline or infrastructure projects preferred.
