This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy commercial team delivering essential maintenance and reactive works across a major water infrastructure network. Responsibilities Commercial management of Repair & Maintenance contracts. Cost reporting, forecasting and financial control. Managing subcontractor procurement, payments and variations. NEC contract administration and change management. Agreement of final accounts and commercial reporting. Supporting operational teams to maximise project performance. Requirements Quantity Surveying experience within utilities, infrastructure or civil engineering. Previous experience managing Repair & Maintenance contracts is highly desirable.
