Senior Quantity Surveyor - Gosport3D Personnel are recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor delivering a major mixed-use development in Gosport.The scheme includes new-build residential, refurbishment, commercial and leisure elements and forms part of a significant long-term regeneration project.Key responsibilities:Commercial management of subcontract packagesProcurement and subcontractor managementApplications, valuations and cost reportingVariations and change managementForecasting and reporting to the senior commercial teamWorking closely with the site and project delivery teamsRequirements:Proven experience as a Senior Quantity SurveyorMain contractor background preferredStrong residential, mixed-use or major project experienceExcellent commercial and subcontract management skillsRelevant construction or quantity surveying qualification preferredA strong opportunity to join a major development with a substantial ongoing programme of works.To apply, please submit your CV or contact Tim Carr at 3D Personnel for further information.3D Personnel is acting as a recruitment business in relation to this vacancy. ..... full job details .....
