Senior Quantity Surveyor will work on high profile projects ranging in value of between £15m- 50m. Key Responsibilities: To maximise the commercial position of the project as well as ensuring good client relationships. Protect contractual position by ensuring all obligations are handled appropriately. Ensure governance and procedural requirements are adhered to. Active responsibility for all commercial procedures.
