Job Description - Senior Quantity SurveyorJob Title: Senior Quantity SurveyorEmployment Type: Permanent, Full-timeLocation: Location The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing construction team.Working across a wide range of construction projects and sectors, you will take commercial responsibility for projects from pre-construction through to final account, ensuring strong financial control and commercial performance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the commercial performance of multiple construction projects.Prepare and manage budgets, valuations, variations and final accounts.Manage subcontractor procurement, payments and accounts.Monitor project costs, forecasts, cash flow and profitability.Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.Review contracts and provide commercial advice to the project team.Work closely with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors and suppliers.Provide clear commercial reporting to senior management.About YouProven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.Strong knowledge of contracts, cost management and commercial processes.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Commercially driven with strong attention to detail.Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Relevant QS qualification or significant industry experience.An exciting opportunity to join a growing construction company where you can play a key role in delivering successful projects across all areas ..... full job details .....
