Senior Qualys Engineer - ContractUK-based | Hybrid/Flexible Working6-12 Month Contract (Likely Extension)Inside IR35 £550We''re looking for an experienced Senior Qualys Engineer to support the expansion and optimisation of an enterprise-wide vulnerability management platform within a large, complex organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesExpand and optimise the existing Qualys platform (VMDR, CSAM, WAS, etc.)Onboard new environments and improve vulnerability management processesEnhance asset discovery and scanning coverage across on-prem and cloud environmentsIntegrate Qualys with enterprise tools such as ITSM and CMDB platformsAutomate workflows using APIs and ScriptingProduce reporting and dashboards for technical and business stakeholdersSupport remediation programmes and provide best practice guidanceSkills andamp; ExperienceStrong hands-on experience with Qualys VMDRDeep understanding of vulnerability management and asset discoveryStrong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls, routing, VPNs)Experience working in large-scale enterprise environmentsExposure to AWS, Azure or GCP is desirableScripting and automation experience (Python, PowerShell, APIs)Excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsDesirableExperience in telecommunications or other highly regulated environmentsKnowledge of frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NISTRelevant certifications including Qualys Certified Specialist, CISSP or CISMThis is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in scaling ..... full job details .....
