Senior Quality Inspector x 4 Our client, a renowned aerospace manufacturer based in Kidderminster, is expanding its Quality team and is looking to recruit 4 Senior Quality Inspectors. Senior Quality Inspector ResponsibilitiesSenior Quality Inspector will inspect parts and assemblies against engineering drawings, specifications, and process requirements.Conduct in-process and final inspections across multiple projects.Generate, collate, and maintain First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) using Visual FAIR.Raise and support the investigation of non-conformances and quality issues.Operate, program, and troubleshoot CMM equipment as required.Carry out manual inspections using precision measuring equipment including micrometres, height gauges, and shadowgraphs.Approve rework and verify compliance to quality standards.Conduct internal, supplier, and process audits.Support continuous improvement activities and root cause investigations.Provide mentoring and technical support to inspectors and production teams. Senior Quality Inspector Requirements Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.Senior Quality Inspector will have experience within aerospace/manufacturing/ engineering environment.Experience generating and managing FAIRs.Ability to read and interpret engineering ..... full job details .....
