Our client, is a precision engineering manufacturer looking for a Senior Quality Inspector to join their team on a permanent basis. You''ll be the quality gatekeeper for their operation, working across inspection protocols, customer liaison, and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on role where your expertise in precision engineering and quality systems will directly shape the company''s reputation and delivery.

• Lead inspection and pass-off activities using Roma Arm scanner, standard inspection equipment and PCDemis CMM system.
• Drive quality improvements through 8D investigations and APQP processes
• Support new projects from trial builds through to implementation into production.
• Produce regular reports.
• Create tool trial reports.
• Complete feasibility studies for new tooling.
• Create and maintain SOPs and WIs.

Preferred Requirements

• Minimum 5 years'' experience as a Quality Inspector.
• Hands-on experience with Roma Arm scanner, all inspection equipment.
• PCDemis software programming skills.
• Solid grounding in APQP, FAIRS, and 8D investigation methodologies
• Proven track record in precision engineering inspection and pass-off procedures for FAIR preparation
• Strong customer-facing skills, and confident communicating quality findings clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while supporting the wider quality team

Preferred Qualifications

• Any Engineering Qualification
• Hands on experience is more important than a Quality-based qualification.
