Senior Quality Inspector – Contract

East Sussex 3–6 Months Outside IR35 Flexible Hours

We’re recruiting for an experienced Senior Quality Inspector to join a specialist precision engineering business manufacturing complex, tight-tolerance components and assemblies.

• Inspect complex components and assemblies to drawings and specifications

• CMM programming – essential

• QCT CMM – highly desirable

• Faro Arm – highly beneficial

• Work with tight tolerances, GD&T and complex datum systems

• Raise and manage NCRs, root cause investigations and corrective actions

• Support supplier quality and continuous improvement

• Provide technical support to the wider inspection team

• Strong experience in precision engineering/manufacturing

• Proven CMM programming and inspection experience

• Confident interpreting technical drawings, GD&T and specifications

• Aerospace, automotive or nuclear experience advantageous

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and supplier quality beneficial

• Able to hit the ground running in a hands-on contract role

• 3–6 month contract

• Outside IR35

• East Sussex
