If you thrive in a fast-paced production setting, enjoy leading from the front, and have a sharp eye for detail, this could be your next move.What you''ll be doingLeading inspection activities across goods-in, in-process, and final product releaseCarrying out functional and pressure testing on inflatable safety equipmentEnsuring compliance with engineering drawings, SOPs, and quality standardsManaging non-conformances, including root cause support and corrective actionsRaising and closing supplier RMAs and liaising with suppliers on quality issuesMaintaining accurate inspection records, reports, and traceability documentationLeadership responsibilitiesSupervising and supporting a team of Quality InspectorsAllocating workload and setting prioritiesProviding training, coaching, and performance oversightActing as a first point of escalation for quality issuesWhat we''re looking forExperience working within an ISO 9001 Quality Management SystemAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsHands-on experience with measurement tools (Verniers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)Knowledge of root cause analysis and continuous improvementExperience inspecting components against POs ..... full job details .....
