In this key leadership role, you will lead the implementation of the new requirements for our Best Start in Life and Healthy Babies strategy and spearhead a robust quality assurance framework to raise standards and outcomes across all our Family Hubs.The RoleBuilding upon the success of the Best Start Family Hubs programme, you will drive strategic service improvement, align council-wide initiatives, and ensure that every infant, child, and family receives high-quality, inclusive support.Key responsibilities include:Quality Assurance Framework: Review, refine, and modernise current QA processes to align with the Department for Education''s Family Hubs and Beyond (FHAB) Outcomes Framework, streamlining reporting and targeting measurable service improvement.Consistent Neighbourhood Engagement: Co-design and standardise Parent and Carer forums across four distinct neighbourhood areas, tailoring approaches based on area-specific needs analyses.Healthy Babies and Digital Offer: Develop the core Healthy Babies programme across all localities, enhancing the digital offer and expanding access.Tackling ..... full job details .....
