Do you have experience leading root cause investigations, corrective actions and continuous improvement across a manufacturing environment? If so, TXM Recruit are sourcing a Senior Quality Engineer for an established engineering and manufacturing organisation based in Normanton, West Yorkshire. This is a full time position paying up to 50,000 per annum (depending on experience), working site-based Monday to Friday. Working closely with the Quality Manager, you will take ownership of key quality improvement activities across the site, leading problem solving, customer quality issues, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys working closely with Operations and Engineering teams to identify issues, implement corrective actions and deliver measurable improvements.
