Senior Quality Engineer

8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, 8.00am to 1.00pm Friday . Due to business growth, a well established engineering and manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to expand its team. This is a key position responsible for ensuring that products, processes and systems consistently meet customer expectations, regulatory requirements and recognised industry standards. The role will involve working closely with internal teams, customers and suppliers, providing quality leadership across the full product lifecycle while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities • Understand quality and project requirements • Identify and manage quality risks, escalating where necessary • Oversee product sign off to ensure customer requirements are met • Provide quality input throughout the product lifecycle • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions • Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve quality issues • Liaise with suppliers to ensure compliance with specifications • Review and approve Supplier Quality Plans • Support supplier capability assessments Key Tasks • Develop and maintain Quality Assurance Plans • Review contract changes and assess quality impact • Support customer audits and product acceptance activities • Conduct internal ..... full job details .....
