Senior Quality EngineerWe are working with a leading global advanced materials manufacturer to recruit a Senior Quality Engineer for their manufacturing facility in Cambridgeshire.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced quality professional to play a key role in driving continuous improvement across a highly regulated manufacturing environment. Working closely with Production, Engineering, Customers, and Suppliers, you will support quality excellence through robust problem-solving, process improvement, and the ongoing development of quality systems.Key Responsibilities Support internal, external, and customer audits, ensuring compliance with quality management systems and customer requirements. Lead and support non-conformance investigations, corrective actions, and preventive improvement activities. Conduct root cause analysis and drive sustainable solutions to product and process quality issues. Interpret technical specifications and quality requirements to support manufacturing and quality decision-making. Partner with production and engineering teams to improve process performance, product quality, and operational efficiency. Monitor and analyse quality data and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Apply quality tools and methodologies to strengthen manufacturing processes and reduce defects.
