Working closely with Engineering, Production and suppliers, you will play a key role in maintaining product quality, supporting regulatory compliance and driving continuous improvement across the business. The role will focus on ensuring products meet RF, mechanical and regulatory requirements, while investigating issues and improving manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities: -  Plan and carry out internal audits in line with the company''s Integrated Management System Support the maintenance and improvement of Quality Management System (QMS) procedures Support the customer complaints process, ensuring thorough investigations and timely responses Develop and improve test procedures, jigs and fixtures to ensure reliable and repeatable checks Work with Design and Production teams to ensure product changes are properly validated and documented Champion continuous improvement initiatives including 5S, process audits and training Support REACH, RoHS and other regulatory compliance activities Maintain inspection records, test documentation and reports About...
