Senior Quality Engineer

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Quality Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business in Diss. This is a key role within the Quality team, supporting the QMS and helping drive quality and continuous improvement across the business. Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 Pay: Competitive salary (negotiable based on the successful candidates experience) Contract: PermanentThe ideal candidate will have previous quality engineering, assurance or systems knowledge within a manufacturing environment. Experience within medical devices or another regulated industry would be highly beneficial.Duties include: - Supporting and improving the company''s QMSConducting internal audits and supporting external auditsInvestigating customer complaints and managing CAPA activitiesCarrying out root cause analysis and corrective actionsSupporting calibration, metrology and inspection activitiesAssisting with risk managementSupporting process validation and new product introductionsProducing reports and monitoring KPIsWorking closely with engineering, operations and other teams to drive continuous improvementWhat We''re Looking For:Previous experience in a quality department within manufacturingGood understanding of QMS Exposure with audits, CAPA and root cause analysisStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsConfident reading engineering drawings and technical specificationsGood Excel and Microsoft Office skillsFull UK driving licenceDesirable Experience:Medical ..... full job details .....
