This role plays a crucial part in ensuring products and processes meet strict customer and industry standards. You''ll be a key driver in maintaining compliance, enhancing operational yield, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma.Responsibilities

Ensure proper flow-down of customer requirements to production and test operations.Lead root-cause analyses and corrective actions to drive yield improvement and reduce quality escapes.Support the deployment of the ERP system to accurately capture process requirements on production routers.Conduct process audits and complete FAIR reports in line with AS9102 standards.Compile customer data packs as needed and support quality software system utilisation.Required Experience and Skills

5+ years of technical experience in a Manufacturing Quality or similar environment.Background in aerospace, defence, microelectronics, or other regulated industries preferred.Familiarity with AS9100 and MIL-Specs/Standards.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on, practical approach.Desirable Skills and Experience

Experience working in an electronics manufacturing facility.Proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organisation.Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.Seniority level
