This is a hands-on, site-based role supporting quality across a busy production environment. Working closely with the Quality Manager, production teams and other departments, you will investigate quality issues, lead corrective actions, support audits and use manufacturing data to improve process performance and reduce defects. The role: Investigate internal and external non-conformances. Complete root cause analysis and manage corrective and preventative actions. Set up and monitor Statistical Process Control across key products and production processes. Carry out internal audits and support external BRCGS and ISO audits.
