Senior Quality Engineer

We are looking to appoint a Senior Quality Engineer with industry knowledge and aerospace experience to work as part of our quality team within our sheet metal and assembly business at our Dukinfield, Cheshire, site. About the opportunity The Senior Quality Engineer (SQE) for Hyde Details is part of the Management Team and is empowered to make departmental business decisions with the requirements of Hyde Details and efficiency in mind. As such, it is expected that the person in post will lead the team of Quality Engineers and act professionally, with authority, by example, and in the best interests of Hyde Details. This position is intended to be a development role and stepping stone to the position of Quality Manager within 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance and business needs. The role, given the fast-paced nature of the business, requires a high level of commitment, unquestioned confidentiality and focus, preparation and attention to detail, ongoing professional development, and agility and quick decision-making to meet the ever-changing workloads and needs of the team and business.
