Consortium Professional Recruitment are partnering with an established manufacturer to recruit a Senior Quality Engineer for their team in Hessle. This is a hands-on senior quality engineering role within a highly regulated manufacturing environment, offering the opportunity to get close to operations, tackle complex production challenges and influence how quality and process performance are improved. You''ll work across Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing, taking a lead role in investigations, supporting validation and change activity, and using data and structured problem-solving techniques to deliver sustainable improvements. The Role As Senior Quality Engineer, you''ll be responsible for: Providing day-to-day quality engineering support across manufacturing operations, helping teams identify and resolve quality issues quickly and effectively. Taking the lead on complex root cause investigations using structured problem-solving methodologies. Driving corrective and preventive actions through to effective, sustainable resolution. Supporting change control, risk assessments, verification and validation activities within a regulated environment.
