Senior Quality Engineer

to join their close-knit team.Role and Responsibilities:Ensuring compliance with quality standards ISO9001, ISO14001 in line with product and service standards.Root cause analysis, creating non-conformance reports, implementing corrective actions.Use of process improvement tools - 5S, 5Y, 8D.Liaising with customers regarding problems and monitoring agreed corrective actions.Maintaining quality documentation, utilization of QMS systems.Internal and external audit management.Working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC.Knowledge, Skills and Experience:Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering Degree.Proven experience working within manufacturing environments.Working knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001 standards.Knowledge of CMM''s, GDandT.Reading Engineering drawings.Benefits Package:£37,000 - £43,0009 Day working fortnight, 37hrs a week, 33 days holiday, onsite parking.If you are interested in the role or looking for something similar, please contact our Managing Consultant, Emma Hardman.If you are interested in this position please click ..... full job details .....
