You''ll work alongside the Quality Manager to keep the business compliant across legal, export, HandS, employment and environmental requirements. Day to day you''ll own the QMS and EMS, plus related approvals such as AS9100 and Nadcap. You''ll also manage configuration control so work meets military and commercial specs and customer requirements. You''ll develop training and people capability, support the push to become a recognised centre of excellence in electroplating, and take charge of calibration, non-conformances and quality processes. You will also be authorised to sign Certificates of Conformance.
