Senior Quality Engineer

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to lead a team in a growing agricultural manufacturer. The right candidate will maximise processes and procedures while meeting customer expectations. Responsibilities: Responsible to ensure all tasks are carried out in the most effective ways om site Responsible to ensure the quality services meet or exceeds customer expectations Come up with improvements in management systems, processes, and best practices if necessary Visual inspection and polishing / reworks of painted body panels as required Compilation of QMS reports i.e., 8D High level liaison with client and site management Supervision of staff as required Requirements: Proven work experience as Quality engineer or similar role At least 3 years'' experience in production or quality management Basic experience working with automotive/industrial paint finish (preferred) Basic mechanical knowledge and experience using hand tools Basic IT skills (email and simple reports) Strong problem-solving and time management skills Schedule: Monday to Thursday 06:45-15:45 Friday 06:45-11:45 Payrate: £16.00 p/h Location: Basildon Benefits: Casual dress Company pension Free parking On-site parking ..... full job details .....
