Job Title: Senior Quality Controller Location: Renfrewshire Packaging: Competitive About the Role We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Quality Controller to support and drive quality performance across our manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on, shop-floor-focused role responsible for ensuring quality standards are embedded throughout production, with a strong focus on right-first-time performance, process control, waste reduction, and preventing quality issues before they reach the customer. You will be a key role model for quality standards, ensuring that quality remains at the heart of every decision and that products consistently meet internal and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Ensure high standards of product quality are maintained throughout the manufacturing process, meeting both internal requirements and customer expectations Act as a visible presence within the production environment, supporting teams to achieve consistent quality and first-time-right results Review quality performance data, identify areas for improvement, and support investigations into defects and recurring issues Complete quality inspections, audits, and compliance checks to ensure processes remain controlled and effective Partner with production teams to drive improvements that reduce waste, minimise rework, and improve overall efficiency Support manufacturing changes, trials, and new product activities by assessing potential quality risks and ensuring ..... full job details .....
