They are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Assurance professional to deal with quality assurance across product and process. As the Senior Quality Assurance person your key role and responsibilities will be: Responsible for quality assurance across product, non-conformances and process improvementsKey Quality KPi Areas:- Process Capability Scrap, Product Quarantine, Customer Complaints, Loss of Business, Warrant ComplaintsSupport the investigation for external and internal non-conformancesInvolved with internal and external audits - BRCGS, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001Deal directly with customers about complaints and returns, resolve problems and put in place corrective measures for future quality scopeDevelopment of new and existing SOP''s, quality documents, policies and procedures Knowledge, skills and experience needed to be the Senior Quality Assurance person: Experience of working in a similar quality role within manufacturingInternal auditing to ISO standards and BRCGSEfficient and effective communicator - dealing with external customers and internal teamsInquisitive nature, sound judgement with a continuous improvement mindsetQualifications - HACCP, COSHH, ..... full job details .....
