Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Note: Role is Inside IR35 and you must be 8days/month present in the London office Essential experience for this role Proven experience as a Quality Engineer working in an Agile Environment Experience of working in the Finance Industry Proven experience of creating Test Strategies and delivering this in line with expectations Strong SQL Skills Automation Experience using UFT, Selenium, Java Technical/Business Knowledge: Crest Application, Crest proprietary messaging Tandem, Windows, UNIX, SWIFT/ISO messaging, SQL Test Tool Knowledge: ALM, Azure DevOps ISEB/ISTQB Foundation Certificate in Software Testing Open minded, forward thinking, strong proven stakeholder management, Engineering mindset Nice to have Understanding of BDD/TDD principles Java, OpenShift, Kafka Automation Experience using Selenium, Java, Playright The role Be able to understand Functional and Technical documentation (Requirements/Design) to create Test Scenarios/Test Cases (Manual and Automated) Write the Test Strategy and must be able to propose the most optimum Test Approach. Present the approach to key stakeholders. Propose an alternate approach if required. Peer Review Test Scenarios/Test Cases and execute the Test Scenarios/Test Cases (Manual and Automated) Defect Management throughout the life cycle, carrying out the required analysis and defect triage as required Work collaboratively within the squad and with all squads throughout the Tribe Be able to manage Stakeholder ..... full job details .....
