Senior Quality Advisor

Senior Quality Advisor Infrastructure Location: London, South East and Midlands Salary: £55,000 £65,000 per annum Hours: Monday Friday, 08 30 Position: Permanent We are recruiting on behalf of an established civil engineering and infrastructure contractor for an experienced Senior Quality Advisor to support projects across London, the South and Midlands. This is a site-focused role supporting multiple live infrastructure projects, ensuring consistent quality standards, compliance with the company''s Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 9001:2015, while helping to drive continuous improvement across the division. The Role Working closely with operational teams and the Group Quality Manager, you will: Conduct regular project support visits across multiple live construction sites. Carry out internal quality audits, site inspections and assessments. Ensure compliance with the company''s QMS, ISO 9001:2015 and relevant industry standards. Support Quality Planning Meetings at the start of new projects. Manage the divisional audit and inspection schedule. Support projects during external third-party audits. Review non-conformances, complaints and feedback, identifying trends and appropriate corrective actions. Produce monthly quality performance reports for Project Managers and senior management. Facilitate post-project reviews and capture lessons learnt. Provide practical quality guidance and support to project teams.
