Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for your next long-term contract opportunity on a major civil engineering project in the South West?
Our client, a leading Tier 1 civil engineering contractor, is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established commercial team on a high-profile infrastructure project in South Devon.
The Role 🔹 Commercial management of a major civil engineering project
🔹 NEC contract administration
🔹 Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) & forecasting
🔹 Procurement & subcontract management
🔹 Compensation Events & change control
🔹 Commercial reporting & final accounts
🔹 Working closely with operational and commercial teams to maximise project performance
What We're Looking For ✔ Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or infrastructure
✔ Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts
✔ Experience delivering major infrastructure or highways projects
✔ Excellent commercial reporting, forecasting and cost management skills
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
