Senior QS - Repairs and Maintenance

With over 20 live schemes and a growing orderbook, they are thriving in a competitive market and continue to grow.Due to continued growth within their Repairs and Maintenance division, they now seek an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of responsive repairs, planned maintenance and refurbishment contracts across the Central and south London region. Your new roleReporting to the Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful commercial management of maintenance contracts from initial award through to final account. You will be working as part of a larger surveying team of 5 but looking after your own contracts.Key responsibilities include- Managing the commercial performance of repairs and maintenance contracts.- Producing valuations, applications for payment, variations and final accounts.- Monitoring costs, budgets and profitability across multiple workstream''s.- Procuring and managing subcontractor packages.- Reviewing subcontractor payments and agreeing final accounts.- Producing CVRs, forecasts and monthly ..... full job details .....
