Senior QS

Freelance Senior QS - Tier One contractor - -90m mixed-use project - Central London - Immediate start

I have an immediate requirement for a Freelance Project / Senior QS or Change Manager to measure, price, submit and agree Variations on a -90m mixed-use project in Central London.

The project is a mix of Healthcare, Commercial and Residential apartments, c.-90m and runs until Summer 2026 - JCT Traditional contract.

The role is site-based with a day a week working from home as required.

This position will suit a Project or Senior level Quantity Surveyor from a Tier One or Two main contracting background, who''s either run their own projects, been a Senior Project / Package QS on major projects or specialised in Change Management / Variations.

The requirement is for c.3 months and has the potential to go longer on this or another project.
