      <description>Location: Birmingham | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading property services contractor delivering social housing maintenance, planned works, and retrofit projects across Birmingham and the wider Midlands region.   Client Details   Our client are a well known Housing Maintenance Contractor based in the Midlands looking for a Senior QS to play a key role in the commercial delivery of high-profile housing projects, taking responsibility for both pre and post-contract commercial activities while supporting the successful delivery of programmes designed to improve and upgrade residential housing stock.   Description    Lead and support the commercial management of social housing maintenance and retrofit contracts.  Prepare and submit monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs), forecasts, and progress reports.  Manage project costs, value recovery, cash flow, and commercial reporting.  Agree valuations and maximise project profitability.  Support the preparation and agreement of final accounts with clients and subcontractors.
