This is an opportunity to take a leading commercial role during the pre-construction phase of a large mixed-use scheme that is currently progressing through a two-stage tender process. With the contractor appointed under a PCSA arrangement, you will play a key role in driving commercial strategy, managing procurement packages, engaging with the design team and supply chain, and helping to shape the project ahead of construction. Working closely with the Commercial Director and pre-construction team of 5, you''ll be a key member of the project from the outset, influencing key commercial decisions and helping to ensure a successful transition from PCSA through to contract award and delivery.
