Senior QS - Data Centre - Zurich

Falcon Green is partnering with a leading international contractor to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team in Zurich, Switzerland. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the commercial delivery of major construction and infrastructure projects, working closely with project management, engineering, procurement, design, and supply chain teams. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join an established international contractor with a strong project pipeline across Switzerland and Europe. The role will provide exposure to technically complex, high-value projects and the opportunity to take responsibility for significant commercial packages from procurement through to final account. Working as part of an experienced project and commercial team, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for maintaining strong commercial controls, managing subcontractor relationships, supporting procurement, and ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed budgets, programmes, and contractual requirements. Key Responsibilities Managing commercial and quantity surveying activities across major construction projects. Preparing monthly and periodic commercial reports, forecasts, and cost reports.
