This opportunity is with a well-established construction business delivering projects across the built environment. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will work closely with operational teams and stakeholders to ensure commercial objectives are achieved while supporting successful project delivery. What You Will Do The Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead the commercial management of projects from procurement through to completion. Manage project costs, valuations and forecasts across multiple construction projects. Administer contracts and maintain accurate commercial records throughout project delivery.
