The successful candidate will take full commercial responsibility for groundworks packages, managing all aspects from procurement through to final account. This role requires strong contract administration skills, cost control, and commercial management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.You will work closely with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and clients to monitor costs, prepare valuations, manage variations, and mitigate commercial risks.
