Senior QMS Leader (Contract)

Role - Senior QMS Leader (Contract - Inside IR35)
Location - Remote working with visits needed to Midlands

• The Senior QMS Leader is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving the organisation''s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with applicable standards, customer requirements, regulatory obligations, and business objectives.
• The role will lead the Audits, as well as working on project initiatives in the business migrating Quality standards across differenty parts of the business
• Work to implement Portfolio Management tool to automate processes
• This role provides strategic leadership for quality governance across the business, ensuring robust processes, effective audit programmes, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• The Senior QMS Leader will work closely with operational, engineering, project, supply chain, and senior leadership teams to drive quality excellence and business performance.
• Lead the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company''s QMS.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards such as:
  • ISO 9001
  • ISO 14001
  • ISO 45001
  • AS9100
  • IATF 16949
  • ISO 19443
  • Industry-specific standards as applicable

Experience required

- Industry experience working within a manufacturing engineering business, working in a business such as Power Conversion, Electrical Transmission or similar-
- Strong communicator with stakeholders in the business
- Ideally experience with Signavio or similar (Not essential)
