Senior QHSE and Facilities Advisor

Here at GXO, we''re looking for a SeniorHealth, Safety and Facilities Advisor to join our shared-user site in Merlin Park, Birmingham. You will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental and Facilities management systems across the Merlin Park operation. You will ensure compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards and company policies, while driving continuous improvement initiatives and promoting a strong culture of safety and accountability. Promoting and driving a culture of safety engagement in line with the Road to Zero philosophy and improving performance through the implementation of relevant management systems current standards and legislation; maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment by the identification and control of risks, leading to the prevention of accidents and causes of work-related ill health. This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday-Friday, 08:00 - 16:00.
