Proven expertise in testing Contact Centre telephony platforms. Strong knowledge of telephony testing tools, techniques and methodologies. Demonstrable capability in delivering test automation within a Contact Centre environment. Strong understanding of maintaining traceability between requirements, tests and defects. Proven capability in planning and delivering non-functional testing, including performance, scalability, resilience, accessibility and operational acceptance testing.
