Senior QA Engineer (Magento)

Own and define the quality engineering strategy across a growing digital delivery business. Drive automation, AI-enabled testing and modern QA practices at scale. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Senior/Lead QA to join a specialist digital delivery business that builds and supports complex ecommerce solutions for well-known brands. This is a newly created position where you''ll have the opportunity to shape how quality is delivered across the organisation, combining strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise. You''ll work closely with delivery, development and QA teams to create smarter ways of working, improve release confidence and embed quality throughout the development lifecycle. What experience you''ll need to apply Experience delivering both manual and automated testing within ecommerce environments. Experience with Adobe Commerce/Magento or Shopify platforms. Strong experience designing and implementing automated testing frameworks using Playwright. Experience developing testing strategies, standards and best practices. Knowledge of CI/CD processes and integrating automated testing into delivery pipelines. Experience mentoring, coaching or supporting QA team members. Experience with AI-assisted testing, exploratory testing or visual regression tools would be beneficial. A passion for continuous improvement and modern engineering practices.
