Senior Python Engineer | AWS | Terraform | SC Cleared | 12 months | Inside IR35 You''ll join a highly skilled engineering team responsible for building, maintaining and improving a cloud-native platform that underpins the secure exchange of critical data. This is a hands-on engineering role with a strong focus on software quality, platform engineering and modern DevOps practices. Requirements: Strong commercial Python development experience. Experience building applications within AWS cloud environments. Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code experience. CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions preferred). Strong understanding of secure software development and modern engineering practices. Active transferable SC Clearance and Sole British National status are essential. Key responsibilities: Develop and maintain secure, production-grade Python applications. Build and improve cloud-native solutions within AWS. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions (or similar). Create and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform. Support platform reliability, observability and incident investigations.
