• Leading and developing the procurement function to support growth ambitions.

• Building strong, strategic supplier partnerships - particularly across China (with India also highly relevant).

• Sourcing and purchasing specialist and exotic materials such as Inconel and other high-performance alloys.

• Using your engineering expertise to read and interpret technical drawings, ensuring supplier capability.

• Expediting supply chain activity to meet demanding operational and commercial objectives.

• Delivering measurable cost savings, resilience, and strategic value for the business.

• A mechanical engineering background with the ability to interpret complex technical drawings.

• Extensive experience in global procurement - China essential, India highly valuable.

• A proven negotiator and relationship builder with strong commercial acumen.

• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and strategic - you spot opportunities and deliver results.

• Mandarin language skills would be a strong advantage.

• Leadership qualities with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
