Day-to-day of the role: Oversee and maintain the setup of supplier accounts. Input purchase ledger invoices and match them to purchase orders. Resolve invoice queries and liaise with suppliers. Conduct supplier statement reconciliations and reconcile purchase ledger buying groups. Allocate supplier payments and reconcile company credit cards. Manage PayPal/Proforma accounts and handle supplier returns and credit note reporting. Prepare monthly payment runs, settlement runs, and weekly foreign payment runs.
