Senior Pump Engineers

MPI are looking for PERMANENT Senior Pump Engineers, for our client based in London Location: Ideally London, but will consider Kent, Surrey, Southampton, Reading, Oxford etc. Hours: Typically, start at 8 and finish at 4:30 however this is work dependent anything over 9 hours a day is paid at over time rates Benefits: Discretionary bonus scheme (8%) 25 days holiday Life assurance Healthcare cash plan 8% bonus (if goals are achieved) Overtime, average per engineer at least £5000.00/year. £50 per night staying away allowance if this is needed BUPA (Healthcare) after 3 months. Use of company vehicle out of hours This role may include Hybrid working Line Manager: Operations Manager Direct Reports: Supervisory/ADP Management only Hours: Full time About the role: In your role as Senior Engineer, you will provide all aspects of on-site servicing, repairs and installation works covering domestic and commercial contracts throughout the UK. A key part of your role will be to coordinate and provide training for colleagues on new and existing products and services. You will also be the team leader for the Service Engineers (which engineer levels to be agreed with your line manager), who will directly report to you for any support they need.
