      <description>Location: Hampshire | Salary: &amp;pound;50564 - &amp;pound;56219/annum | Type: Contract | Hampshire County Council are currently looking for a Senior Public Health Practitioner on a 13 month FTC.  This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful, forward-thinking and expanding projects that support older adults to live longer in better health, alongside improving the health and well being of adults with learning disabilities.    Hybrid working    Full time hours but part time may be considered    Salary Range: -50,564 - -56,219 per annum     What you''ll do:    Lead and deliver innovative and expanding public health projects, with a particular focus on supporting older adults to live longer, healthier lives.  Support the health and well being needs of adults with learning disabilities through tailored, evidence-based approaches.  Build strong, effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across multi-agency settings.  Use research, data and public health intelligence to gather, interpret and present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.  Identify opportunities for improvement and implement creative, transformative ways of working.  Contribute to reducing health inequalities through targeted and impactful interventions.
