This is an opportunity to work autonomously within clear clinical frameworks, managing a focused caseload while receiving regular supervision and contributing to the development of group, early intervention and service improvement activity. About the role Conduct structured initial assessments, manage risk and formulate appropriate clinical pathways. Deliver brief, evidence-based psychological interventions on a 1:1 and group basis, online and face-to-face. Work with service users experiencing mild to moderate, and some emerging complex, mental health needs.
