Job DescriptionA Senior Prospect Research Manager permanent opportunity is now available at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Charity. This is an exciting opportunity to build off an already setup prospect research function to take their prospecting to the next strategic level while growing and developing the prospect research team.

You will:

Lead the Prospect Research FunctionAccountable for the ongoing development and delivery of strategyInvolvement in policy and process for due diligence, database and planning improvementRegularly network with peers to share best practice and insightTake a lead role in the use of data in researchProvide the highest quality research activity as a teamUndertake strategy research to support fundraising directorate decision makingAttend meetings with clinicians and key stakeholdersProactively engage with market intelligence

Essential criteria:

A highly experienced Prospect Research professional, having led prospect strategiesConfident in driving high value pipeline growth, to increase incomeGood working knowledge of prospect data analyticsKnowledge of effective internet and electronic researchAbility to influence and build rapport to achieve desired outcomesLine management experience
