You will be expected to shape win themes, lead planning activity, and drive a consistent tone of voice across submissions.This is not an entry-level writing role.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development of winning value propositions for major highways and civils frameworksShape and articulate compelling win themes tailored to Local Authority clientsRun answer planning sessions and support senior review panelsEnsure submissions align to evaluation criteria and scoring mechanismsDrive a consistent tone of voice across bid responsesProduce structured, compliant responses for complex 100m+ programmesCoach and develop junior bid team membersManage evidence, case studies, and knowledge systemsSupport graphics input, document ..... full job details .....
