We are partnering with a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor to recruit a Senior Proposals Manager to join their Midlands construction business, based in Birmingham. This hybrid role offers a blend of office-based and remote working.As an experienced Senior Proposals Manager, you will lead the development of high-quality, customer-focused bid submissions, ensuring proposals are compelling, innovative, and aligned with client requirements. Working closely with pre-construction teams, bid managers, and subject matter experts, you will play a key role in securing major projects across a diverse range of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Defence, Leisure, and Emergency Services.This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who can create a clear "golden thread" throughout submissions, develop winning strategies, and produce engaging content that differentiates the business in a competitive marketplace.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring all submissions are completed to the highest standard.Produce high-quality qualitative bid responses within agreed deadlines and budgets.Coordinate and manage contributions from internal stakeholders and technical specialists.Collaborate with bid teams to develop proposal strategies, win themes, and submission plans.Facilitate review sessions and ensure submissions are robust, compliant, and compelling.Manage the preparation and production of accurate, professional tender and PQQ ..... full job details .....
