JOB ROLE

My client is looking for a number of Senior/Property Consultants to join their team for a new office they are opening in Dubai. This role will be mainly dealing with Off-Plan properties and are looking for people to join them ASAP. 

This position is open to people who are not currently in Dubai but willing to relocate and have the means to do so quickly. 

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Gathering data on a property and setting up the production of the relevant marketing collateral.
• Staying current on the laws and policies pertaining to Dubai''s real estate sector.
• Conducting and participating in property appraisals.
• Arranging and participating in property tours.
• Negotiating with potential tenants or buyers from the point of view to the offer stage.
• Tracking sales as they happen.
• After every viewing, all clients receive follow-up care calls.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Real Estate or Sales experience.
• Possesses a real hunger to sell and progress. 
• Fluent in English 
• Ready to get started ASAP
• UAE Driving License Preferred
