Senior Property Solicitor

The successful candidate will play a key role within a highly regarded managed legal services team in Leeds, advising clients on commercial property matters. You will build relationships with well known clients, handle complex transactions and support junior lawyers while helping shape innovative ways of delivering legal services. Description The Senior Property Solicitor will be: Acting as a legal adviser to clients and working closely with their legal, estates and operational teams Leading the negotiation, drafting and management of commercial property asset management matters Advising on leases, licences, variations, surrenders, extensions, consents and related agreements Advising on and managing real estate finance transactions Preparing and reviewing certificates of title, charges, searches, officers'' certificates and legal opinions Building strong, long term client relationships and developing ..... full job details .....
